Warranty Policy

30 days no reason to return the goods
Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, in the case that does not affect the secondary sale of goods (does not affect the secondary sale of goods means: including but not limited to the product packaging, appearance, internal use and related accessories and other intact, no damage, scratches, etc.), you can apply for a no-questions-asked return, return shipping costs are borne by the user. (Individual products unsealed packaging, affecting the secondary sale, will not accept returns)

1 year free exchange for new
Within 1 year from the day of receipt of goods, due to product quality problems or performance failure, you can choose to replace the same model with the same specifications and price products or repair, shipping costs borne by the seller.

2 year warranty + 1 year warranty (service upgrade)
Limited free repair service is available for quality issues within 2 years.

Limited Warranty

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
Unauthorised product modifications; worn, altered or missing serial numbers or warranty labels;
Normal wear and tear;
Damage resulting from use not in accordance with normal operation;
Damage or malfunction caused by: accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, flooding (beyond the depth of use), electric shock, or other natural disaster;
Unauthorized product modifications or failure to follow instructions, repairs at non-official service points;


The user must produce a purchase invoice, if the user can not produce a valid purchase invoice, the warranty period will be free of charge within 3 years according to the 90th day after the factory date as the starting date of the warranty period.
When repairing, please bring the original valid invoice (invoice must be completed and stamped by the purchasing unit of the selling machine, and must not be altered, otherwise it is invalid).
If the replacement conditions are met, only the faulty part will be replaced. If the host failure, only replace the host. The other will not be replaced, while withdrawing the proof of purchase (copy of invoice or receipt).
Product due to water or serious man-made damage, sent back to repair, maintenance units and users must first sign the relevant maintenance agreement, otherwise, we consider the user to give up maintenance.
Products with quality problems and man-made damage at the same time, no longer enjoy the warranty rights, but our company provides maintenance services, but need to be charged for materials and maintenance fees depending on the damage.
Products to be repaired for a fee, must be in the maintenance records or charge invoices / receipts on the non-warranty reasons, the user signed to approve, or user complaints, will be responsible for the repair unit.
