DIVINTOK Distributor Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Partnership:
- The distributor will have exclusive rights to represent and sell DIVINTOK brand products within the designated territory.
- The distributor is responsible for protecting and enhancing the DIVINTOK brand image and actively promoting product sales.
2. Orders and Delivery:
- The distributor shall place orders in accordance with the prices and sales policies provided by DIVINTOK.
- DIVINTOK will make every effort to deliver the products on time; however, it shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing and Payment:

4. Marketing Promotion:
- The distributor shall actively participate in DIVINTOK's marketing promotion activities and adhere to the brand guidelines provided by DIVINTOK.
- The distributor is obligated to provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to assist DIVINTOK in market analysis and necessary adjustments.
5. After-Sales Service:
- The distributor is responsible for providing appropriate after-sales support and service to end customers, including addressing product inquiries and issues.
- The distributor shall operate in accordance with DIVINTOK's after-sales service policies and procedures.
6. Confidentiality:
- The distributor shall protect DIVINTOK's trade secrets and intellectual property rights and shall not disclose them to any third party.
- The distributor shall not use DIVINTOK's trademarks, logos, and marketing materials without prior authorization.
7. Termination of Partnership:
- Either party has the right to terminate the partnership with prior notice.
- Upon termination, the distributor shall cease using DIVINTOK's trademarks and marketing materials and return any unsold products to DIVINTOK.
